Domino's Pizza

A team member greeted us very warmly when we walked in! We immediately felt welcomed here and had a great selection of offers. We already had ordered 2 pizzas and they did suggested wonderful extra dipping cups to complement our order.

Good day! The food at this Domino's is excellent but the customer service is so disturbing that I am hesitant to ever order from them again. Last night, I placed a order for a large pizza and 16 parmesan bread bites. When my order came, the driver brought me two pizzas. Out of respect, I told him the pizza was not mine but my bread bites were missing. He told me that it would take him to long to bring the bread bites back so I needed to drive to the store to get my missing item. When I got to the store, it took another 15 minutes to get my missing item. Keep in mind that the same driver didn't even recognize me when I came in the store. I had to ask them if my food was ready and a employee found them just sitting on a rack. There was no apology from the management team. They didn't even offer me a free sauce for my missing item. When I made a comment about having to drive back up here and that my original order was getting cold, the manager tried to argue with me about this. In addition, one of the employees mocked my cold pizza comment and the manager didn't even address this. I tipped the driver 25% and paid a $5+ delivery fee and had to deal with this kind of activit

**The pizza was dry as Heck!! They want to charge to put extra sauce when they put just enough to dry into the bread while cooking. Ground beef don't taste like real beef. It more greasy than anything😞 I thought I was going a better Domino's since it was in a upscale area 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ *** The customer service was professional, friendly and patient. **The atmosphere was quiet, and laid back. Seating very very minimal. 4 bar type seat, I believe one 2 seater table. OVERALL: I prefer it over all the rest of the Domino's I visited in Concord, NC

I’m consistently impressed with this location. The pizza is always reliable, and I know exactly what to expect every time I order. The online system makes the process seamless; the check-in and checkout are incredibly fast. The best part is the zero wait time. Every time I walk into the shop after ordering online, my food is ready to go. It’s a great spot for anyone looking for a quick, efficient, and consistent meal. Highly recommended for a hassle-free experience!
